TMS 2016 Exhibition, Nashville,Tennessee 15-16 February, 2016

The TMS Annual Meeting & Exhibition brings together more than 4,000 business leaders, engineers, scientists, other professionals, and students from around the world. The exhibition is focused on the latest advancements in research of minerals, metals, and material fields. The main goal is to promote networking and the exchange of technical knowledge that should lead to creating new collaborations, innovations, and different solutions in the workplace and society. The TMS annual meeting participants discussed various aspects of the metals industry, including materials testing and characterization as well as current and emerging materials. The exhibition was held at the Music City Center in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.

Our project with RUSAL Company attracted the interest of exhibition participants. We installed a Multi-vortex wet air scrubber for flue gas desulphurization (FGD). It was a very effective project and RUSAL ordered several more Multi-vortex wet air scrubbers for industrial air cleaning and air pollution control. RUSAL has more than 40 assets in 19 countries across 5 continents. The company plans to set up our Multi-vortex wet air scrubbers in their facilities all over the world. We described in detail our experience with RUSAL to the participants of the exhibition.

The exhibition was a low-key event and had about 97 exponents. But still, not less than 11 of them grabbed our attention. They were equipment manufacturers and primarily engineering companies, focused on aluminum smelting and dust scrubber. Redwood Technology connected with numerous companies that could serve as our possible distributors and technical collaborators. We are consistently prepared to collaborate with new partners.
